2. の意味が色々で分かりにくいのですが、 come away は、まずどこかに集まって、そこから去るとか別れるときなどの気持ちや成果を表現するのにぴったりです。(d.) の come away with a gold medal.(金メダルをとる) というのは競技会に行って、集まって一緒に競技をし、最終的に自分が金メダルをもらって帰る、ということですし、(e.)は会議を終わって手ごたえがあったということ、(c.)は講習会を終わったとき何を得て帰るか、(f.)は、どのように watch しているか分かりませんが、雰囲気としては本当に政府の発表会場に足を運んだか、あるいはそういう気分でテレビニュースを見ているという感じです。発表が終わって帰るときに、結局なんだったんだという気分になるということでしょう。
なにかつまらない研修会とかに無理やり行かされて帰ってきたときは、(b.)のようにぼやくとぴったりではないでしょうか。
